Founded in 2010 by local barista and coffee enthusiast, Amelia Stone, we've grown from a small corner shop to a beloved Seattle institution. Amelia, having travelled extensively through South America, brought back a passion for sustainable coffee farming and a deep understanding of the bean-to-cup process.
Our beans are carefully selected from small, independent farmers who prioritize quality and ethical practices. We roast them in-house to ensure maximum freshness and flavor. Beyond coffee, we also pride ourselves on our selection of handcrafted pastries, made daily with locally sourced ingredients. Our head baker, David Chen, brings years of experience from renowned bakeries across the city, ensuring every croissant and muffin is a taste of perfection.
More than just a cafe, we're a hub for local artists and musicians. We regularly host open mic nights, art exhibitions, and community events.
